Each engagement differs in languages, volume and support. We set a price with you after one conversation, and it does not change mid-project.
Do respondents pay anything?
No. Respondents answer on their own phone over a web link. We keep each survey light so it works on a small data bundle.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Download responses as CSV and findings as a PDF or Word report at any time.
What does open source mean for us?
Shiriki is built on strong free and open-source tools. You pay for the managed, secured and supported service, not for a license to lock you in.
